Fionna Barrington

Fionna has spent more than four decades in residential real estate, including a long career in Toronto and more than 15 years working in Northumberland County. Her experience spans city homes, heritage properties, country estates, condominiums and distinctive rural properties.

Clients value Fionna’s market knowledge, candid advice and calm approach. Her longstanding relationships in both Toronto and Northumberland are especially valuable for sellers looking to reach buyers beyond the immediate local market.

Outside real estate, Fionna loves theatre, gardening, travelling and volunteering. Her beautiful English-style garden is a particular passion, and she enjoys being part of the Port Hope and Northumberland community she has called home for many years. After years with Chestnut Park in Toronto and Northumberland, Fionna is now with Royal LePage ProAlliance Realty in Port Hope.

Joanna Barrington

Joanna brings a different but complementary perspective to the team. Her background in marketing, partnerships, fundraising and relationship management has built strong skills in positioning, communication and negotiation, all of which translate directly to helping clients buy and sell real estate.

She is Investor’s Edge Certified and a multi-family property owner herself, with hands-on experience in renovations, rentals, conversions and managing single and multi-family properties. That practical experience gives her a strong eye for value, potential and how different buyers may see a home.

Joanna lives in Port Hope with her husband Ray and is raising their two children here. Community is a big part of her life and work. She has spent years helping local non-profits with fundraising and partnerships and supporting organizations that strengthen the community her family calls home.
